The 7th International Conference on Communications, Signal Processing, and their Applications (ICCSPA’26) invites proposals for tutorials to be held during the conference on June 15-18, 2026 in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), Spain.
The tutorials aim to provide focused and in-depth coverage of advanced topics in communications, signal processing, and related applications. Tutorials should be suitable for graduate students, researchers, and industry practitioners.

- Machine learning for communications and signal processing
- Image, video, and multimedia processing
- Radar, sonar, and remote sensing

- Emerging applications in communications and signal processing

- Maximum duration: half day
- Lecture-based format with examples or case studies
- Application-oriented tutorials are encouraged
Proposal Requirements
The tutorial proposal should clearly describe the content and objectives of the tutorial. Each proposal must include the following information:
- Abstract, objectives, motivation, and intended audience.
- Names and short biographies of all tutorial presenters.
- Description of the tutorial topics, with emphasis on relevance and timeliness.
- Detailed outline of the tutorial, including a tentative schedule and the presenter(s) for each part.
- Description of relevant experience of the presenter(s) related to the tutorial topic.
- Description of prior tutorial experience, including any previous versions of the proposed tutorial.
Tutorial Proposal Submission
Proposals should be submitted in a single PDF file, not exceeding five (5) pages, for review directly to the Tutorial Program Chair: Ahmed Maged
