Author Registration

  • All papers must have a registration at full rate even if the presenter is a student. One registration covers up to two papers presented by one author.

  • The registration fee covers access to all technical sessions, conference proceeding, tutorials, conference banquet, lunches, and coffee breaks.

  • March 31, 2026, is the registration deadline for papers to be included in the program and submitted to IEEE Xplore. It is also the Early Registration deadline for non-authors.

Payment procedure

The registration fees are to be paid via EDAS, and several methods exist for the payment.

Wire transfers must include the name of the conference (ICCSPA’26) and the invoice number (34217-0) in the Originating Beneficiary Information (OBI).


Since OBI information is sometimes truncated, please avoid extra text, such as “Conference registration”. All bank fees must be paid by the sender (originator)
